现为北京师范大学生命科学学院教授、北京师范大学生物学学位委员会主任。国务院政府特殊津贴专家、国家百千万人才工程国家级人选、国家有突出贡献中青年专家。入选全球顶尖前十万科学家榜单和爱思唯尔(Elsevier)中国高被引学者榜单(2023-2025年度)。2004年在白求恩医科大学(现吉林大学医学部)获医学博士学位。2004-2006年为中国科学院动物研究所免疫学博士后。2007-2010年在美国圣裘德儿童研究医院免疫学系博士后。2006-2012年任中国科学院动物研究所副研究员。2012-2015年任复旦大学基础医学院免疫学系教授。2015年加入北京师范大学生命科学学院建立免疫调节研究组。
主要从事癌症和感染性疾病的免疫学致病机理、免疫细胞治疗策略等免疫学领域研究。目前承担国家自然基金委重点项目和面上项目等科研课题,已在Immunity、Nat Immunol、Nat Commun、eLife、PNAS、Blood、Cell Rep、Cell Mol Immunol、Cancer Res和Cancer Immunol Res等国际权威刊物发表SCI文章100余篇。
主要研究免疫细胞发育分化及功能调控,探讨其在癌症和感染性疾病的致病机理及免疫细胞治疗策略等免疫学领域研究。
具体研究内容包括:
(1)研究中性粒细胞、树突状细胞和巨噬细胞等天然免疫细胞发育分化和功能调节在癌症和感染性疾病中的调控规律、分子机制及免疫治疗策略。
(2)研究T细胞发育分化和功能调节在癌症和感染性疾病中的调控规律、分子机制和免疫治疗策略及临床可行方案。
(3)研究基础免疫学成果临床转化的可行性途径和方案。
